I am an architect based in Sweden, with a rich experience of over 17 years both in Sweden and abroad .
I work practical & efficient
I have been working in the architecture field for almost twenty years, across several countries in the Middle East, the Arabian Gulf region, and Europe. I have worked in various areas of architectural design, from create initial architectural ideas to preparing shop drawing and supervising direct execution in the site. This has contributed to building of my experiences.
Working and interacting with diverse cultures and in various positions has honed my social skills and my ability to adapt quickly, understanding the client’s needs to propose suitable architectural solutions. Additionally, my passion for architectural art has driven me to develop my skills in using computer programs, to allowing me to present my work quickly and effectively.

Tengbom is one of the largest architectural firms in Sweden and among the oldest in Europe. It was founded in 1906 and continues to operate to this day. I currently work as a supervising architect, overseeing several major projects. Over the past years, I have also contributed to the design of various projects as a member of the design team. As a supervising architect, my responsibilities include: -Participating in tender evaluations and preparing proposals. -Direct coordination with other engineering disciplines to complete shop drawings. -Acting as deputy project manager. -Managing a team of engineers, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.

Architect
A large contracting company operating in several cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I worked for two years as a site manager on the Air Force Housing Project in the Eastern Region. The project comprised five sites, each including several multi-storey residential buildings and a mosque. Initially, I served as a site manager. Following the establishment of the Project Management Unit (PMU), I joined the unit and carried out architectural supervision duties across all sites. My responsibilities included: -Reviewing architectural shop drawings prior to submission to the consulting team for approval. -Reviewing quantity takeoffs, schedules, and technical specifications. -Coordinating with subcontractors responsible for the execution of architectural works and related items.

I primarily worked with real estate development companies owning a set of plots designated for building in the rural Damascus area, where I provided several architectural designs for villas and multi-story residential buildings. Additionally, I designed and supervised the construction of a private villa, redesigned the facade of a residential building, and provided architectural consultations and suggestions to a variety of clients.

A medium-sized office specializing in designing and implementing distinctive projects using advanced techniques. I worked on implementing a villa designed by a global office utilizing advanced technologies at the time, such as smart irrigation systems, integrated audiovisual and lighting control circuits, and more. Additionally, high-quality finishing materials imported from Italy and Britain were used specifically for this project. I also contributed to the design of a branch for one of the banks in Aleppo city, including all the necessary technological aspects for such projects.
